Trinity Debuts In IMPACT Wrestling

Trinity has made her IMPACT Wrestling debut

One week on from it being revealed that former WWE Superstar Trinity (FKA Naomi) had joined IMPACT Wrestling, the former SmackDown Women's Champion made her debut in the IMPACT Zone on the promotion's May 4 show.

Trinity made her debut in the closing segment of IMPACT Wrestling and after receiving a "welcome back" chant, she gave shout-outs to the likes of Awesome Kong, Gail Kim, Mickie James, Deonna Purrazzo, and Jordynne Grace.

Trinity then revealed she had joined IMPACT Wrestling to win more championships, which led to an interruption from Knockouts World Champion Deonna Purrazzo. After a back-and-forth, Jordynne Grace was the next Knockout to interrupt, simply to remind everyone that she is next in line for a title shot and will face Deonna Purrazzo for the Knockouts World Title at Under Siege on May 26. Should Grace fail, she will be banned from challenging for the gold again while Purrazzo is champion.

After brief chants for a Triple Threat, Trinity declared she would be waiting to face the winner.

Prior to her IMPACT debut, Trinity wrestled in WWE as Naomi from 2009 until 2022. She hadn't appeared on the company's programming since walking out of a May 2022 taping of Monday Night Raw with Mercedes Moné over a creative dispute with Vince McMahon.

Trinity went into detail about her final months and exit from WWE. Find out more here.
