Triple H Given Full Control Of WWE Creative By Endeavor CEO

Ari Emanuel is behind changes giving Triple H full WWE creative control

It has been floating around the last couple of weeks that Vince McMahon has been pushed away from WWE creative, with the decision being made that Triple H is to have full reign as the Chief Content Officer, without the influence of McMahon. This year, McMahon has made changes here and there and was reportedly making some key decisions, though this seems to no longer be the case.

Following the Endeavour takeover, McMahon’s powers have decreased slightly, and it has led to CEO Ari Emanuel making some changes. Sports Illustrated have revealed that Emanuel has been behind the decision to give Triple H full control of creative, with the piece stating, Emanuel has long been a firm believer that, in order for an organization to be as effective as possible, people need to do the job they are assigned. In this case, that approach has empowered Levesque to exert his full influence in the company’s creative sphere.”

McMahon has other roles in the company, but this change perhaps prevents him from sticking his nose into the creative team whenever he pleases, disrupting the flow of things in the on-screen product.

UPDATE: Further details about Vince McMahon's removal from WWE creative and Ari Emanuel's decision have been revealed.
