Triple H Refuses To Give Update On Bobby Lashley & MVP's WWE Futures

No update from Triple H on Bobby Lashley & MVP

Triple H has refused to provide an update on the WWE futures of MVP and Bobby Lashley.

After being asked if he could provide an update while speaking to Daily Mail, the WWE Chief Content Officer said: "No. Just like any sport, any business, we sign talent, talent contract runs out, we release talent. It's just part of the process, so it's an ongoing thing."

It emerged earlier this month that Bobby Lashley and MVP were expected to exit WWE when their contracts expired, with the pair reportedly looking to reform the Hurt Business in All Elite Wrestling with Shelton Benjamin, who is currently a free agent following his WWE release in September 2023.

MVP has since issued a statement on his second WWE run, having returned to the company at Royal Rumble 2020 before becoming a full-time on-screen talent later in the year. It was also reported that MVP's deal with WWE comes to an end in mid-August but it is unknown when Lashley's deal expires.

Lashley has not been on WWE TV in recent months. He returned to the company in 2018 and has since added to his United States Title reigns and become a two-time WWE Champion.
