Triple H, Ric Flair No Longer On Speaking Terms
'The Nature Boy' hasn't heard from 'The Game' in a long time
Ric Flair has revealed that he and former Evolution running mate Triple H are no longer on speaking terms.
Flair made the revelation on the latest episode of the Ric Flair Wooooo Nation Uncensored podcast, saying the following when asked if Triple H was ousted from power in WWE:
“I have no idea. He and I were incredibly close, and now I never hear from him, so I don’t know.”
The two were very close, with Triple H idolising ‘The Nature Boy when he was younger, closely basing many elements of his career on Flair. Flair would later thank Triple H with revitalising his career after rejoining WWE in 2001, their run in Evolution with Randy Orton and Batista going down as one of the most impressive in wrestling faction history.
WWE severed all ties with Flair following the Vice Dark Side of the Ring 'Plane Ride from Hell' special that aired in 2021 which shone new light on the infamous plane ride, with Flair said to have allegedly sexually harassed an air hostess during the course of the flight.
