Triple Threat Match For The NXT Women's Tag Team Titles Announced For Halloween Havoc 2021

WWE have announced a Triple Threat Match for the NXT Women's Tag Team Championships at Halloween Havoc 2021.

The reigning champions of Io Shirai and Zoey Stark will put their Titles on the line against Toxic Attraction duo Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, and the newly formed partnership between Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta.

The October 12 episode of NXT 2.0 saw Toxic Attraction make their claim for Championship matches. With Mandy Rose challenging Raquel Gonzalez for the NXT Women's Title, Jayne and Dolin also indicated they wanted a match for the Tag Team gold.

Later in the show, Gonzalez and Pirotta competed and won a match, before proceeding to tell Shirai and Stark to their faces that they wanted to fight for the Titles. Toxic Attraction then jumped the two other teams, leading to an all-out brawl between the six women.

It was confirmed shortly after that the three teams will meet in Triple Threat action for the NXT Women's Tag Team Titles at NXT Halloween Havoc 2021 on Tuesday 26 October.
