Tyler Bate seemingly won't be gone from WWE programming for much longer.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, the former NXT UK Champion is extremely close to returning from injury and he could be back on TV "anytime now." Bate is expected to make his return as part of the Monday Night Raw roster.
Tyler Bate has been out of action since July 2024 when he sustained a torn pectoral muscle. Bate sustained the injury while teaming with Pete Dunne against Hank Walker and Tank Ledger on the July 2 episode of WWE NXT.
Tyler Bate has been a part of WWE since 2016. He reunited with Pete Dunne to form New Catch Republic in January 2024.
Following Bate's injury, Pete Dunne turned heel and ultimately lost a programme against Sheamus. Dunne has only had six matches since the end of October.
Another return to WWE TV that could be on the horizon is Alexa Bliss. WWE creative are reportedly working on plans for the former Raw and SmackDown women's champion.
