Universal Champion Roman Reigns Comments On Big E's WWE Championship Win

Roman Reigns has taken to social media to offer his thoughts on Big E cashing in his Money In The Bank contract on Monday Night Raw's Bobby Lashley.

Big E confirmed prior to Raw he intended to visit the red brand and cash in his contract, which he won back in July. The former Intercontinental Champion did exactly that, confronting Lashley at the end of the show - following his successful Title defence against Randy Orton - before cashing in, pinning the All Mighty and becoming WWE Champion.

Big E's switch to Raw comes after weeks of teasing a potential cash-in on Universal Champion Roman Reigns. The former New Day member has often been seen trolling Reigns' special counsel, Paul Heyman, by laughing as he holds up the Money In The Bank contract briefcase.

With Big E jumping to Raw however, and cashing in to become WWE Champion, Roman Reigns had a simple response for the new Raw title holder, writing on Twitter: 'Smart decision.'

Reigns has his own problems on Friday Night SmackDown, even without the threat of Big E over him. The Tribal Chief will defend the Universal Title against 'The Demon King' Finn Balor at WWE Extreme Rules in two weeks, while Brock Lesnar has made clear his intent to come after the Championship as well.
