Jack Perry may soon be back on All Elite Wrestling TV.
The former Jungle Boy has been gone from AEW since he dropped the TNT Championship to Daniel Garcia at Full Gear back in November 2024, and Perry hasn't wrestled at all since he unsuccessfully challenged Yota Tsuji for the IWGP Global Heavyweight Title at Wrestle Dynasty on January 5. In the time Perry has been absent from AEW TV, the TNT Championship has changed hands three more times from Daniel Garcia to Adam Cole to Dustin Rhodes to Kyle Fletcher.
Within Fightful Select Answers Q&A, Sean Ross Sapp noted that while he hasn't heard anything definitive, he has heard some discussion that Jack Perry "could be on the way back" to All Elite Wrestling. Perry has simply been at home while away from AEW, and it is believed he hasn't been suffering from an injury. The 28-year-old was discussed for a potential programme with Kenny Omega in late 2024, but the feud ultimately didn't happen.
While Perry has not appeared on-screen, WrestleVotes reported in July the 28-year-old had been backstage at recent AEW tapings and had been in good spirits.
Jack Perry is an AEW original, having signed with the promotion in January 2019. In addition to his TNT Title reign, Perry is also a former FTW Champion and AEW World Tag Team Champion with Luchasaurus.
