Jon Moxley may have emerged from All Elite Wrestling Worlds End 2024 with the AEW World Championship still firmly in his clutches, but he did so with blood pouring down the back of his head.

Whilst Moxley is notorious for bleeding during his matches, he was busted open hardway during his four-way match with Jay White, Hangman Page, and Orange Cassidy, with a three-man SHIELD powerbomb through an announce table the cause of the cut.

Per a report from F4WOnline, Moxley was said to be ok after the show, and as of writing there is no change in his status ahead of a big trios match with Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta against Rated FTR (Adam Copeland and FTR) on the Fight for the Fallen special of Dynamite on January 1. This will be Moxley’s first Dynamite bout since December 18.

Confirmed card - AEW Fight for the Fallen Dynamite, January 1 2025:

  • FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) & Adam Copeland vs. The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta & Claudio Castagnoli)
  • Julia Hart vs. Jamie Hayter
  • Jeff Jarrett makes an announcement
  • Orange Cassidy targets Hangman Page
