Update On Nick Khan's WWE Future

What's going on with the WWE President?

WWE announcer Pat McAfee has provided an update on Nick Khan.

Khan was recently in the headlines after it appeared he had registered 234,424 shares of his TKO stock for sale. Some took this as a sign that the WWE President was looking to leave the company.

While speaking with the recently re-signed Drew McIntyre on his The Pat McAfee Show, the Raw commentator took a moment to address the speculation surrounding Khan's WWE future, saying:

"You mentioned a few times there, Nick Khan. There were some internet rumours about him too, selling stock and shares and everything like that. I, after talking to sources, can report some breaking news. That's not true. [He] has never sold a single share of any stock since getting to the WWE. Hasn't even put them up for sale, which is an entire process to do that. So that was a bunch of bullsh*t as well. So when you're talking about the WWE climbing, I love that you're gonna be around, and I love that Nick Khan is gonna be around."

In March, Khan was revealed to be one of the key figures in former WWE employee Janel Grant's lawsuit against Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, and WWE. The lawsuit alleges that Khan was aware of the relationship between Grant and McMahon and that, while he initially questioned whether she could be 'trusted', he was ultimately 'supportive' of the relationship.

WWE subsequently issued a statement claiming that Khan was unaware of any alleged abuse by McMahon towards Grant. Khan himself later commented on the 'horrific' allegations.
