The victim in the domestic violence case against Bear Boulder - real name Thomas 'Tommy' Wansaw - has asked for the charges to be dropped.
In a document signed on January 15 and added to court records on February 28, the victim wrote: "I am by the execution of this document, advising the State Attorney's Office, Orange County, Florida that I do not desire the case to be prosecuted further, and request the charges be dismissed."
Bear Boulder was arrested for battery by strangulation on January 14. Wansaw allegedly pushed his fiancée to the floor and placed his foot onto her throat until she lost consciousness. The victim noted this was not a first-time situation.
Bear Boulder was fired by All Elite Wrestling following his arrest. His Iron Savages tag team partner Bear Bronson distanced himself from Wansaw following the arrest.
