WALTER Advertised For WWE SmackDown UK Tour Next Month

Former WWE NXT United Kingdom Champion WALTER is set to link up with the Friday Night SmackDown roster for select dates in their tour of the UK next month.

WWE are advertising WALTER as being in attendance at the show in Liverpool on November 7, the event in Leeds on November 8 and the show in Nottingham on November 9.

It is also noted by PWInsider that, while the three shows are SmackDown-specific, Monday Night Raw superstar Finn Balor is also advertised for the events.

WALTER was last seen on WWE television at NXT TakeOver 36 last month, when he lost the NXT UK Championship to Ilja Dragunov in a match-of-the-year candidate, ending his historic reign with the Title at 870 days.

Reports in the past few weeks have indicated that WWE are considering utilising WALTER more outside of NXT UK, with more dates in NXT or potentially even on either Raw or SmackDown discussed for the 34-year-old. WALTER was in the United States at the time of the 2021 Draft earlier this month, but was not moved to either the red or blue brand.
