War Raiders Vs. New Day Set For WrestleMania 41

Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods have had their eyes set on reclaiming tag title gold over the last few weeks, turning their attention to World Tag Team Champions Erik & Ivar of the War Raiders. The two teams battled in a title match on Monday Night RAW this week, but it ended in disqualification when Ivar stole a chair from his opponents and used it himself, in view of the referee, handing The New Day the win. 

On social media last night, RAW General Manager Adam Pearce declared that a rematch would take place between the two teams, and it would be on the Grandest Stage Of Them All, WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Allegiant Stadium. In a report yesterday, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter revealed that a stipulation could be added to the match, but this has yet to be the case. 

War Raiders vs. The New Day will take place on Night One of WrestleMania 41, with the rundown now officially announced by WWE, confirming previous reports of the official cards for each night. The full card is as follows. 

Night One:

• Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins

• Gunther (c) vs. Jey Uso - World Heavyweight Championship

• Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Charlotte Flair - WWE Women's Championship

• LA Knight (c) vs. Jacob Fatu - United States Championship

• The War Raiders (Ivar & Erik) (c) vs. New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) - World Tag Team Championships

• El Grande Americano vs. Rey Mysterio

• Jade Cargill vs. Naomi

Night Two:

• Cody Rhodes (c) vs. John Cena - Undisputed WWE Championship

• IYO SKY (c) vs. Bianca Belair vs. Rhea Ripley - Women's World Championship

• Bron Breakker (c) vs. Penta vs. Finn Balor vs. Dominik Mysterio - Intercontinental Championship
