Wardlow Revealed As Fourth Labor Of Jericho, With MJF As Referee

If Jericho wins, he faces MJF

Pinnacle member Wardlow will be Chris Jericho's fourth opponent in the ongoing "Labors of Jericho" challenge, with associate MJF serving as the guest referee.

Jericho survived the third challenge on AEW Dynamite on Wednesday night in Jacksonville, defeating old rival Juventud Guerrera in a match where Jericho could only win with a top rope maneuver. After stunning Guerrera with his Judas Effect, Jericho followed up with a top-rope version of the move for the win.

After the match, Wardlow jumped both men. He hit Guerrera with the F10, before dropping Jericho with the Casualty of War. MJF then revealed the stipulation, with Wardlow as the fourth opponent, and MJF himself as guest referee.

If Jericho defeats Wardlow, he gets his desired singles match with MJF, the "fifth" Labor.

Prior to defeating Guerrera, Jericho survived the first two Labors over the prior weeks. Two weeks ago, he defeated Shawn Spears in a match where Spears was permitted the use of a steel chair. On last week's Dynamite, Jericho defeated former GCW champion Nick Gage in a No Rules match.
