Wardlow Wants To Team With Jeff Hardy In AEW

Ever since being released from WWE in December, wrestling fans have champed at the bit for the ‘Charismatic Enigma’ to join AEW, and reunite The Hardy Boys with brother Matt.

However, it’s not just fans who want Jeff in AEW, as Wardlow has spoken of his desire to see the evergreen superstar become ‘All Elite’, sharing his thoughts with Chris Van Vliet.

‘Mr. Mayhem’ not only wants to see The Hardy Boys reunite, but he also wants to team with them, saying: “Can we get Jeff Hardy in? Can I have a six-man tag match with Matt and Jeff Hardy as my tag team partners? Yeah, that would be at the top of the bucket [list].”

Hardy is certainly an iconic name to fans of a certain generation, and Wardlow detailed who all his favourites were growing up:

"Yes. Well, so I've been a lifelong fan,” continued Wardlow. “So you have the generations, so when I was a little kid, it started with Bret Hart. He was the first one that really captured my attention, him and Mr. Perfect. Then I get a little bit older and it was Kevin Nash and The Rock, especially Kevin Nash. Man, I was obsessed with Kevin Nash when I was a kid for some reason, I thought he was the coolest, man. Then after Nash, it was very much Jeff Hardy for a very long time and only Jeff Hardy."

Wardlow and The Hardys could soon be reality, with Jeff Hardy reportedly AEW bound, unless he re-signs with WWE.
