All Elite Wrestling have made a change to the promotion's YouTube strategy in recent weeks and the company has begun to upload full matches from their catalogue to the video sharing platform.
The matches have been some of the promotion's best, including The Young Bucks vs. Hangman Page & Kenny Omega from Revolution 2020 and Kenny Omega vs. Jon Moxley in their Lights Out Match at Full Gear 2019.
According to Fightful Select, it has been claimed within AEW that the new uploads are part of All Elite Wrestling's strategy to drive traffic to their streaming content. The YouTube description on the full match videos includes links to AEW's content on MAX and explains how fans can watch the promotion's weekly content and pay-per-views.
Some of the matches which have been uploaded have no commentary, which is a change that was made due to the social media buzz around some of the clips which had been posted.
AEW's library of content is available on MAX in the United States and through the AEW Plus service on TrillerTV in many international territories, including the United Kingdom. Changes are being made to MAX in mid-2026 due to the split of Warner Bros. Discovery, but AEW are reportedly unlikely to be affected by the split.
