The WWE main roster headed to Europe over the weekend as the company presented Friday Night SmackDown and Bash in Berlin from the Uber Arena in Germany's capital city.

The go-home edition of SmackDown featured the return of Bayley, Nia Jax vs. Michin in a Street Fight for the WWE Women's Title, and LA Knight vs. Ludwig Kaiser for the United States Championship, but The Bloodline were not involved in a segment on SmackDown.

The Bloodline, currently led by Solo Sikoa, remain some of the top stars on SmackDown but the group was absent from SmackDown due to Afa Anoa'i's funeral taking place over the weekend, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer. The faction had been in Europe for WWE's house shows ahead of Bash in Berlin but they travelled home for the funeral.

Afa - one-half of the Wild Samoans - passed away in August at 81-years-old.

The Bloodline currently consists of Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa. There is currently a civil war within the stable that looks set to rumble on until Survivor Series when The Bloodline will take on a Roman Reigns-led group inside WarGames.
