Will Ospreay Signs With AEW, Appears At Full Gear

"The Aerial Assassin" Will Ospreay is All Elite

Will Ospreay has signed with All Elite Wrestling, and made his formal on-the-roster debut at AEW Full Gear on Saturday night in Inglewood, CA.

Tony Schiavone presided over the debut segment, in which Ospreay entered to his familiar music, and signed the physical contract inside the ring.

Addressing the fans, Ospreay asked the crowd to be patient, and allow him to finish up his still-binding contract with New Japan. Ospreay said that after that, he would be there for the road to Revolution, and declared himself "All Elite, bruv".

After Ospreay's segment, Tony Khan tweeted the standard "...is All Elite" graphic.

Prior to his signing, Ospreay wrestled 11 matches for AEW since 2022. Notable bouts have included his matches with Orange Cassidy and Kenny Omega at the two Forbidden Door pay-per-views, as well against Chris Jericho at All In at London's Wembley Stadium. Ospreay has been an associate of Don Callis' family since shortly before the June bout with Omega.

In New Japan, Ospreay is the reigning IWGP United States/United Kingdom Champion. He has held the IWGP World Heavyweight title once, and Junior Heavyweight title three times, among other accolades.
