William Regal Sets Up Pro Wrestling Tees Store Following WWE Release

You can now show your support for the 'Original Villain'

Recently-released former WWE star William Regal has launched a new Pro Wrestling Tees store

Regal, who had been contracted to WWE since 2000 and served as Director of Talent Development and Head of Global Recruitment prior to his release on January 5, is presently a free agent.

The store currently features three designs available for purchase. His site profile lists him as William/Lord Steven Regal and describes him as a 'wrestling personality' and 'gentleman villain'.

The former term appears on one of the shirt designs.

Retweeting the original store launch announcement, Regal commented "Look at me. I'm all hip and stuff, I've got a page on @PWTees. Thank you to all the staff who made this possible in a very short time".

There has been much speculation as to where Regal will end up next, now that he is no longer with WWE.

Several days after his release was made public, the former NXT General Manager took to Twitter to thank the company for employing him for 21 years, mentioning that they helped to 'save his life' in 1999.

The 53-year-old retired from in-ring competition in 2013.
