Women's Tag Team Title Rematch Announced For WWE Raw

Could it be a short-lived reign?

Ten days after winning the WWE Women's Tag Team titles, Natalya and Tamina will put the gold on the line against the women they won the belts from, as Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler will challenge for the titles on this Monday night's episode of Raw.

Natalya and Tamina had chased the prior champions for some time, and fell short to them at WrestleMania 37 last month.

After working their way back into contention, Natalya and Tamina captured the titles on the May 14 episode of SmackDown, after Tamina pinned Jax with a Superfly splash.

Last night's SmackDown featured a six-woman tag, pitting Jax, Baszler, and Bayley against Natalya, Tamina, and Bianca Belair. The match ended when Natalya submitted to Baszler's Kirifuda Clutch.

The championship rematch was then announced later in the night on SmackDown.

The current reign marks Tamina's second championship in WWE (to go along with a hasty 24/7 title change), while it's Natalya's third.

For Jax and Baszler, the reign was their second with those Tag Team belts, and it lasted 103 days before Natalya and Tamina's victory.
