Women's World Title Match Official For WWE Payback

The Women's World Championship will be on the line at WWE's Payback pay-per-view on Saturday, September 2 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

It was revealed during Monday's episode of Raw that Rhea Ripley will put the Women's World Title on the line against Raquel Rodriguez at Payback. The two competitors have been feuding in recent months and the match was internally scheduled for SummerSlam until it was moved to a later date. 

Rodriguez attacked Ripley with a crutch on this week's Raw, before announcing that she had been medically cleared from a recent storyline knee injury. Ripley has already taken on Rodriguez's tag team partner Liv Morgan, writing her off TV while Pillmanising her arm. 

Also official for Payback is Seth Rollins vs. Shinsuke Nakamura for the World Heavyweight Championship and Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch in a Steel Cage Match.
