World Heavyweight Title Match Set For WWE Crown Jewel Amid Teases Of Heel Turn

Seth Rollins' opponent is set for WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.

Seth Rollins will defend the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on November 4.

The match was confirmed on last night's Raw, with Seth's opponent set to be Drew McIntyre.

Seth opened the show teasing that he was about to vacate the belt due to injury, following his successful Last Man Standing defence against Shinsuke Nakamura at last weekend's Fastlane. However, he instead stressed that his title reign is still only getting started, before being interrupted and challenged by McIntyre.

The usually babyface Drew has been presented as something of a tweener recently, and this continued when Damian Priest attacked Seth during the segment, an ambush which McIntyre allowed to happen for a prolonged period of time. He did eventually help Seth repel an apparent cash-in attempt from the Judgement Day, but Rollins mentioned Drew's "mind games" when accepting the challenge in a later backstage segment.

This is the latest of several heel beatdowns McIntyre has allowed to happen in recent weeks, with many speculating that a heel turn could be in the Scot's near future.

Rollins vs. McIntyre is the first match to be confirmed for this year's Crown Jewel, but Roman Reigns is also expected to defend his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at the show. John Cena is also advertised.
