WWE Appoints New Director Of Character Development

Rob Fee picks up a new role in WWE

WWE have a new Director of Character Development.

Taking to X (FKA Twitter), Rob Fee revealed he has been appointed in the new role.

"Some exciting news! Last year I moved to Florida to be able to work w/ talent directly on every aspect of their characters. Today my title is officially WWE Director of Character Development! So honored to work w/ our INCREDIBLE team & the best roster of talent imaginable," Fee tweeted.

Rob Fee has been a part of WWE since October 2022, initially being hired by the company as Director of Longterm Creative. Fee previously worked as a horror writer and he wrote comic books for Marvel, penning issues of Spider-Man, Avengers, and Daredevil.

Fee was closely linked to the late Bray Wyatt and he worked on the White Rabbit teases that led to Bray's 2022 return. More recent work of Fee's saw him come up with the Tom & Nick Mysterio skits with R-Truth.

"That was Rob Fee and myself. When he said the name at first, we both laughed, we knew it would work. That's one thing about the wrestling business, if we laugh at it, we know everybody is going to laugh at it. That's how we pick and choose. I can't take credit for all of that one," R-Truth said on Rush Hour Morning.
