WWE Blows AEW Out The Water In SmackDown Vs. Collision Fast Nationals

WWE have won the "ratings war" once again

On Friday November 17, WWE and AEW went head to head once again, this time with Collision going up against SmackDown for the first time ever. Fast nationals have emerged, and whilst the numbers are expected to grow when the official stats are released on Monday, it doesn’t make for nice viewing if you’re someone who for some reason cares about TV ratings.

The fast nationals for SmackDown have shown upwards of 2.2 million viewers, with 0.73 in the 18-49 key demo. AEW Collision, which was not appearing on its regular night due AEW Full Gear 2023 taking place on Saturday (Collision’s usual time slot), suffered one of its lowest viewership numbers ever, and it may very well take the prize for the absolute lowest. The figure stands at just 251,000, with a 0.09 in the 18-49 key demo.

These numbers will likely cause a stir, though with SmackDown airing on a more prominent channel and in its usual time slot, not to mention the momentum the company currently has, this isn’t much of a big surprise.
