WWE Changes WrestleMania 40 Start Time

Rejoice, for WWE are bringing forward the WrestleMania start time

There is some good news for many fans around the world, and for especially those in Europe who are readying up for long and late nights across WrestleMania 40 weekend, as it has been revealed that WWE will be changing up the start time for this year’s two-night event.

Most years, WrestleMania begins at 8PM Eastern much like most other WWE premium live events across the year. For those in the UK for example, this means a 1am start (depending on when the clocks have gone forwards and backwards). Whether it be due to the length of the show and trying to cater for other audiences around the world, WrestleVotes on X have reported that sources revealed WWE is bringing forward the main card to 7PM Eastern.

It is also noted that this likely means a 5PM Eastern start time for the kickoff show, which has been two hours long for several years now. If WrestleMania runs its usual 4 to 4.5 hours each night, then those in the UK can get to bed before 5am for a change.
