WWE Encouraged To Bring In Alex Hammerstone By Booker T

Booker believes Alex Hammerstone checks all the boxes.

Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has urged the company to sign Alex Hammerstone before he is snapped up by someone else.

Hammerstone received his release from Major League Wrestling and is currently a free agent. The 32-year-old has since signed on to wrestle Josh Alexander at TNA Hard to Kill on January 13.

Addressing Hammerstone during a recent edition of his The Hall of Fame podcast, Booker said:

"Hammerstone, that dude right there, I would like to see him get a shot. I really would. I really would like to see that guy get a shot".

Continuing, the five-time WCW Champion added:

"I think he covers all those bases, he checks off all of those boxes. I haven't seen a whole lot of his work or anything like that. I would love to see that guy get a shot".

Hammerstone had wrestled for MLW since 2019 and held the MLW World Heavyweight Championship for 644 days (before dropping it to current champion Alex Kane at Never Say Never on July 8). He has also competed internationally for promotions such as Japan's Pro Wrestling NOAH.
