WWE Generates Over $20 Million From WrestleMania 39 Sponsorship Deals

Millions of dollars for WWE from WrestleMania 39

WrestleMania 39 has been bringing in the big bucks for WWE.

WWE's Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales and Partnerships Craig Stimmel revealed to The Associated Press that sponsorship revenue for WrestleMania 39 has doubled to more than $20 million, which is a record for any WWE show.

The likes of Snickers and WWE 2K23 are already listed as sponsors for WrestleMania 39, while the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnamojis will "perform live at WrestleMania 39 alongside WWE Superstars." Other plans, according to Stimmel, include a match sponsorship, a "blurring of the fourth wall", and an augmented reality experience.

T. Maxwell of Max Sports Marketing praised WWE's sponsorship opportunities, noting marketing experts consider WWE a prime venue for brands because of its core audience which ranges from children to seniors, and a wide array of incomes.

Maxwell said: "WWE fans are fiercely loyal and dedicated, they are hooked, they crave storytelling and will be WWE fans for life. This creates an amazing opportunity for savvy brands to connect with a unique audience for life."

WrestleMania 39 is set to emanate from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2.
