As part of WWE NXT's move to The CW, the WWE brand will go on the road.

It was announced on Tuesday that the first two weeks of WWE NXT on The CW will be outside of the WWE Performance Center. NXT's premiere on The CW on Tuesday, October 1 will emanate from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois with CM Punk on the show. The October 8 episode will take place at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri and Randy Orton is expected to appear.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has reported that despite Tuesday's announcement, NXT will not become a major arena show every week and the plan at the moment is for NXT to be taped at the WWE Performance Center for the majority of the time. NXT will go on the road when it makes sense to do so, however, like for the first couple of weeks on The CW.

Meltzer did note that at the moment, NXT is scheduled to be back at the WWE Performance Center for the third episode on The CW. That could change, though, depending on ticket demand and other factors.

Weekly episodes of WWE NXT have been taped at a permanent location since 2012 and that location has been the WWE Performance Center since 2020.
