WWE NXT Results - July 13, 2021

Tuesday night's NXT saw the NXT Championship defended and the 2021 NXT Breakout Tournament get underway. 

Fans at the Capitol Wrestling Center, and watching from home, were treated to seven in-ring bouts from the black-and-gold brand in a show which also set up a future NXT Women's Title match between reigning champion Raquel Gonzalez and Xia Li, teased a feud between Adam Cole and Bronson Reed, and saw Mandy Rose return to the brand.

We also got the next chapter in the In-Dex romance, if that's your sort of thing...

In the main event, Kross successfully defended his NXT Title against a game Johnny Gargano. But the biggest talking point of the night certainly came after the bout, as Kross then turned his attention to special guest referee Samoa Joe, locking NXT's enforcer in the Kross Jacket.
