WWE NXT's Karrion Kross: Scarlett's Influence Is Immeasurably Important Both Professionally & Personally

Karrion Kross has hailed the influence of Scarlett on his life and career, saying she has been 'immeasurably important' in both his personal and professional life.

Scarlett, who Kross is in a relationship with, is paired on-screen with the NXT Champion too. Their natural chemistry is clear and the two have created one of WWE's most compelling double acts since joining the black-and-gold brand last year.

Speaking on the After The Bell Podcast, Kross said: "Personally and professionally, while her and I think very much alike, we both complement each other in the opposite directions as well.

"I mean personally, she’s the love of my life. I have found, especially during the pandemic period, I haven’t seen my family in almost two years. It’s been rough. So having her with me during this time period has been immeasurably important. So yeah there’s that.

"Professionally, we work really well together. And I’m saying this respectfully, while she hasn’t been in the ring for 10 years, she has 10 years in the business. A lot of people don’t realize that. She’s been in and around and working with television wrestling for 10 years, so she understands a lot of things that wouldn’t probably occur to most people for a shorter time period.

"When Scarlett and I are collaborating on ideas, if I’m creatively blocked, she’s able to kind of segue in and basically kind of like help me bridge where I can’t pick up off of. We’re not butting heads, it’s just, she knows what it all is. She can see it and anything she’s given, she just crushes. Her and I are always surprised so surprised how cohesive this actually works all the time. It just works really, really well."
