WWE NXT's Zoey Stark Reportedly Suffering With Legitimate Injury

WWE NXT 2.0 superstar Zoey Stark is reportedly dealing with a legitimate injury that is set to take her out of action.

The November 2 episode of NXT 2.0 saw an angle run in which Stark was beaten down backstage by the new NXT Women's Tag Team Champions, Toxic Attraction's Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin, with the former Tag Team Champ left in a heap on the locker room floor clutching her knee.

According to POST Wrestling, Stark is legitimately injured and the backstage segment was shot in order to write Stark out of action and off television while she recuperates. Stark is listed on the internal roster sheets as injured, although the extent of the injury and how long she is anticipated to miss is currently unknown.

Stark last competed on WWE television at NXT 2.0 Halloween Havoc last Tuesday, as she and Io Shirai defended the NXT Tag Team Titles against Toxic Attraction and Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta. As noted, the duo lost their Championships in the match to Toxic Attraction.

It is not known if Stark sustained the injury during the 'Scareway To Hell' Ladder Match.
