After a terrific night of action on Wednesday, Night Two of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver had a high bar to match.

Four titles were up for grabs on the main card, as well as a brutal Unsanctioned Match in the main event.

Breezango vs. Killian Dain & Drake Maverick - Pre-Show

The action kicks off on the pre-show to determine the number one contenders to the NXT Tag Team Championships. Breezango are playing the part, dressed in fantastic pirate attire!

Breeze and Dain start the match, with the former trying to keep his pirate hat on. Dain's not having any of that though, throwing his weight around before tagging in Maverick. A quick exchange between Maverick and Fandango, with Fandango getting annoyed with his opponent during a pinning attempt. Maverick then puts a pirate hat on Dain...it's a fun start to the show!

Quick tags between Breezango as they try to keep Maverick away from tagging Dain back in. Fandango hits a Suplex. Breeze gives Maverick a leg drop. Dain is eventually tagged back into the match, taking out both of his opponents with strong moves before hitting an eye-catching senton over the top rope on Fandango. He follows up with a slam on both members of Breezango, but Breeze breaks up the pin.

Maverick and Dain quickly exchange tags before Breeze hits a superkick on Maverick. A double super-kick on Dain but Maverick breaks up the pin attempt at two. Maverick, now the legal man, hits a top-rope Hurricanrana on Fandango. Dain then picks up Maverick and Powerbombs him onto Fandango. It's enough to get the 1-2-3 and we have our number one contenders to MSK's Tag Team gold!

Winners: Killian Dain & Drake Maverick

Jordan Devlin (c) vs. Santos Escobar (c) - Ladder Match for the Undisputed NXT Cruiserweight Championship

The main card kicks off in unification title action as Escobar and Devlin meet in a ladder match. We're straight into a brawl as the two contenders exchange strikes. Devlin hits an armbar before Escobar takes down the Irishman. Some good technical wrestling in the opening moments.

The action spills to the outside and Devlin is the first man to introduce a ladder to the match, giving Escobar a smack with it. Escobar gets Devlin back outside the ring and drives his knees into the Irishman onto the barricade, before leaning a ladder onto the Plexiglass.

Back in the ring, Escobar continues the assault with the ladder, taking full control of the match. The Lucha Libre star talks a bit of smack but Devlin counters, whipping Escobar into a ladder laid across the top turnbuckle. Escobar tries to throw Devlin, but Devlin jumps onto the ladder and nearly grabs the titles. Escobar stops him, before eating a DDT from Devlin. Escobar throws Devlin out of the ring and then hits a torpedo dive into the ladder he set up earlier in the match.

The match devolves into a kneeling slugfest. Devlin hits a Spanish Fly and a Cutter. The two men fight atop a ladder. Devlin knocks Escobar off and hits a stunning Moonsault from the top onto his opponent! Devlin seems set to win the unified title, but Legado Del Fantasma run out and brutally attack the Irishman as he climbs the ladder. Escobar is back in the ring, climbing to retrieve the titles, but Devlin reappears and literally throws a ladder at his opponent (effective!).

Devlin sets up his ladder next to Escobar's and hits a Spanish Fly off the top! The two slowly recover, before climbing up a single ladder. Devlin reaches for the titles, but Escobar headbutts his opponent in the chest, who falls backwards through a ladder laying on the turnbuckle! Escobar slowly reaches up and claims both Championship titles for the win!

Winner: Santos Escobar

We get a fun backstage interview with the new NXT Tag Team champions, MSK. They are looking forward to defending their titles against Killian Dain and Drake Maverick, but can't decide on who is going to win between Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly, or who will leave TakeOver as NXT Champion.

Shotzi Blackheart & Ember Moon (c) vs. Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell - NXT Women's Tag Team Championship

Typical naughty behaviour from The Way as they blindside the champions as the opening bell is rung. LeRae starts to work over Blackheart before bringing Hartwell into the match. The challengers are working over Blackheart, attempting a quick number of pins, with a series of kick-outs at two by Blackheart. The heels do a good job of cutting the ring in half, but Blackheart is able to tag in Moon, who unleashes fury on LeRae!

Moon takes to the top rope but Hartwell's interference allows LeRae to cause her opponent to lose her balance. We then get a magnificent, four-woman Powerbomb/Suplex from the corner. Hartwell tries to pin Moon, but only a two-count.

LeRae is tagged back in but the champions start to take control. Moon splits the ropes and Blackheart hits a diving torpedo through the ropes. Moon follows up with a splash from the top rope. They get LeRae back into the ring and hit a combination move - almost a cross between a Cutter and a Dominator - but LeRae is able to get out of Blackheart's pin.

Hartwell is tagged in, Moon is taken out, and The Way hit their own double-team move on Blackheart. The pin is broken up by Moon, who is tagged in. She hits a double Eclipse. Blackheart tags in, hits the Senton on Hartwell, and gets the pin to retain the titles!

Winners: Shotzi Blackheart & Ember Moon

Johnny Gargano (c) vs. Bronson Reed - NXT North American Championship

Gargano comes to the ring wearing a very cool Ironman-inspired chest plate, with a glowing 'The Way' logo. A fast-paced start to the match, with Reed paying tribute to Bam Bam Bigelow. Reed presses Gargano before hitting a Fall-away Slam. He strikes the champion into the corner.

Gargano hits a Slingshot Spear on Reed, but doesn't bring The Colossal down. It's the start of a period of dominance in the match for Gargano though, as he knocks Reed from the ring. He tries to dive on his opponent, but is caught, only to drive Reed's midsection into the corner of the announce table. Gargano focuses his attack on Reed's midsection, driving his shoulder into the challenger's ribs before avoiding a sit-out bomb.

The champion slows the pace down, locking in a submission move, with Reed breaking the hold by driving Gargano into the turnbuckle before hitting a Powerslam. Reed brings down Gargano and hits a massive chokeslam. Reed goes for a Suplex, Gargano tries to knee his way out, so the challenger modifies the manoeuvre and gets a two-count on a pin attempt.

Reed goes for a Super-plex but Gargano counters with an Enziguri and a Backstabber. Reed is superkicked in the chest but the challenger inverts Gargano's follow-up into a Suplex. Reed tries for a Senton but Gargano rolls him into a Crucifix pin attempt. A Head-scissors Piledriver by the champion, before locking the Gargano Escape in on Reed in the centre of the ring. The challenger is able to drag himself to the rope for a break.

Reed goes outside the ring. Gargano tries for One Final Beat but is caught and gets a Razor's Edge back into the ring. Reed misses a Tsunami attempt and Gargano kicks Reed in the head. He can only get a two-count though. Another Superkick attempt by Gargano is caught. Clothesline by Reed, who goes to the top rope. Austin Theory tries to get involved, opening the window for Gargano to set up Reed on the top rope for a Hurricanrana. Reed counters and hits a Powerbomb, but Theory puts Gargano's foot on the bottom rope.

Reed dives on Theory, taking him out. Gargano tries for One Final Beat again, but is countered into a slam. The champion is able to kick-out again. Gargano counters a Powerbomb attempt but eats a Superkick. Reed goes up top and tries to hit a huge Moonsault. He misses and Gargano hits two One Final Beats in quick succession to retain the North American Championship.

Winner: Johnny Gargano

Finn Balor (c) vs. Karrion Kross - NXT Championship

A real, big-fight feel for this one. We get a stare down as the two men measures the other up, before a quick test of strength, which Kross wins. Balor tries to lock in an armbar but Kross overpowers the champion again. Another attempt by Balor, into a headlock, but Kross drops him again, prompting a smile and laugh from the champion. Balor chops Kross, which makes the challenger a cross man indeed. He tosses Balor across the ring, who then proceeds to slap Kross across the face.

If Kross was cross before, he's a very cross Kross now.

The challenger seems to lose his head, allowing Balor to take a bit of control and target Kross' left arm. Kross hits a Released Suplex. Balor hooks in an armbar and Kross looks in agony. Kross uses his power to counter but Balor transitions into a Hammerlock, with the challenger heavily favouring his injured arm. Balor kicks Kross hard and Scarlett tries to talk some calmness into her man. A vicious assault from Balor on Kross' liver, before the Irishman is taken down by a big kick.

Kross drives Balor into two turnbuckles before the champion brings his challenger down again. Kross connects with a Clothesline and a Powerbomb, but Balor kicks out at two. Balor gets a double-stop and a PK. A Slingblade by Balor, goes for the Dropkick, but Kross counters with a Clothesline before hitting the Doomsday Suplex. Kross sets up for his finishing Forearm. Balor scouts it, hitting a Pele Kick before two Dropkicks. Balor with the Coup De Grace. He goes for the pin, but Kross kicks out and tries to lock in a Sleeper Hold. Balor stomps his way free and boots Kross in the ribs.

Balor puts Kross in an Abdominal Stretch, but the challenger kits a number of elbows and strikes. Two Doomsday Suplexes by Kross on the champion, followed by a running forearm. Balor struggles to his feet. Kross strikes him across the back of the neck with another running forearm. He rolls Balor over for the 1-2-3, and we have a new NXT champion!

Winner: Karrion Kross

Adam Cole vs. Kyle O'Reilly - Unsanctioned Match

We get a lengthy stare-down to start this match before a hockey fight breaks out. No technical wrestling here, we're going hard! The action spills to the outside of the ring almost immediately, with Cole throwing O'Reilly into the Plexiglass before O'Reilly slingshots Cole into it too. O'Reilly sits Cole into a steel chair and hits a series of kicks before backdropping the former Undisputed Era leader onto the floor. Back in the ring, O'Reilly locks in a Guillotine but Cole throws O'Reilly from the ring. He hits the edge of the ring nastily and immediately grabs his neck.

Cole is the first man to use a weapon, striking his opponent with a chair before throwing him into a steel girder. Back in the ring, he drives the edge of the chair into O'Reilly's neck, and then viciously slings him into the turnbuckle. Cole then hits a Neck-breaker onto the chair. O'Reilly tries to fight back but is hit with another Neck-breaker. Two-count for Cole.

O'Reilly once again looks to fight back with a number of strikes. O'Reilly sets up a chair, hits a forearm on Cole before slamming him through the steel furniture. A dropkick outside the ring through another steel chair, while back in the ring O'Reilly punches a chair straight into Cole's face. O'Reilly then tries to bring a chain into the ring but, as he re-enters, Cole drops him with a Hangman Neck-breaker onto the chain for a near-fall.

Cole ties the chain around the top rope and then tries to put it around O'Reilly's neck. O'Reilly counters, wraps it around his leg and kicks Cole. The former NXT champion counters and locks in a Figure-Four Leg Lock. O'Reilly is able to reverse the pressure. O'Reilly tries to build momentum but Cole stretches out the chain, which catches O'Reilly across the face. A backstabber from Cole and a pin attempt, but O'Reilly kicks out at two. A German Suplex and a Shining Wizard by Cole, but again he only gets a two-count.

Cole drags O'Reilly out of the ring and tries to hit a Brainbuster on the steel steps. O'Reilly counters into a Guillotine and then strikes Cole with a nasty knee. O'Reilly then seems to think about hitting a Brainbuster on Cole, but changes his mind, showing some emotional uncertainty. Instead, he starts to clear the announce table. On the desk, the two men exchange strikes. Cole looks for a Suplex, but O'Reilly counters and hits his own, bouncing Cole off the table.

Cole tries to get away. O'Reilly follows him and is introduced to a TV monitor for his troubles. Cole find a tool box and gets a set of pliers. He aims for O'Reilly's face but his opponent fights back. Cole grabs a tyre iron, but again O'Reilly tries to fight back, getting a rebound Clothesline. O'Reilly has the chain again, using it as part of a Triangle Choke. Cole gets the tire iron and drives it into O'Reilly's ribs.

Both men try to get to their respective feet with the help of steel chairs. They end up sat inches from each other on the chairs, trading strikes and kicks. Cole takes down O'Reilly with a low blow, followed by a Superkick. O'Reilly kicks out at two. Cole wraps a chair around O'Reilly's neck. As he prepares to use another chair to strike O'Reilly, the referee tries to stop Cole. Annoyed, Cole punches the referee out. He hits Panama Sunrise, but (of course) there's no referee to make the count.

Cole follows O'Reilly out of the ring and throws a steel chair into his head. O'Reilly jumps back up and locks in a Guillotine, wrapping his legs around Cole, and Cole dives forward, driving both of them through the NXT ramp! Cole climbs out and then destroys the set to drag O'Reilly out too. The two crawl back to the ring, but O'Reilly falls back out. Cole hits his former teammate with a Brainbuster on the steel steps. He rolls O'Reilly back into the ring for a pin attempt and the former NXT Tag Team champion just about lifts his shoulder up from the canvas.

Cole sets O'Reilly up for the Last Shot, but O'Reilly collapses before he can even hit the move. Cole tries again but O'Reilly suckered him in, locking in a Heel Hook. Cole grabs the chain, wraps it around his hand, and punches O'Reilly between the eyes. Cole tries for Panama Sunrise but O'Reilly counters, hitting Cole with his own Last Shot. Somehow, Cole kicks out at two!

O'Reilly sets up a chair around Cole's right leg. He tries to climb to the top rope but Cole jumps up, hitting O'Reilly with the chair. He sits O'Reilly in the ropes, in the turnbuckle, but as he climbs up O'Reilly gives Cole a low blow. O'Reilly grabs the chain, wrapping it around his right leg. Cole is lying across an upside down chair. O'Reilly drops his knee across the back of Cole's neck and pins his former stablemate for the win!

Winner: Kyle O'Reilly

A stretcher and medical personnel come out to see to Adam Cole after the match. O'Reilly leaves and heads back up the ramp as Cole, who hasn't moved since taking the pin, receives treatment.
