The hope is Stephanie Vaquer will be able to return to WWE TV for the company's next Big Four pay-per-view.

WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select has reported there is optimism within WWE that Stephanie Vaquer could be back for SummerSlam, but that is not guaranteed. Vaquer will be on the shelf for the foreseeable future, with rumblings of a minimum six-week absence within WWE, although this was just speculation from within the organisation.

Stephanie Vaquer was written off WWE TV on the April 27 edition of Monday Night Raw when she was attacked backstage by the Judgment Day, with the attack ending when Roxanne Perez pushed an equipment box into Vaquer's shoulder. Michael Cole announced soon after that Vaquer had sustained a grade two AC sprain and she would be on the shelf "for a bit." It was then confirmed that Vaquer was dealing with a legitimate injury.

When exactly Stephanie Vaquer sustained the injury is unknown, but her Women's World Title match with Liv Morgan at WrestleMania 42 was reportedly kept short due to both talents heading into the match with injuries.

WWE SummerSlam 2026 is planned for US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2.
