Report: WWE Raw Creative Want Finn Balor To Be Called Up

Members of the Monday Night Raw creative team have been asking for Finn Balor to be called up to the red brand for months, according to a report from WrestleVotes. There have been no instructions from WWE management to that effect, though. 

"Regarding Finn Balor: I'm told members of the RAW creative team have asked for him for months now. No edict has come down from the top yet yanking him from Orlando. The NXT crew adores Balor so unless the main roster has major plans for him, I'd think he's OK where he is," WrestleVotes wrote.

Question marks have been raised about The Prince's NXT future over the past week. Balor noted in a recent interview that he was "hopeful" of returning to Raw or SmackDown sometime in the future and he failed to defeat Karrion Kross in a rematch for the NXT Title on Tuesday. 

Balor has been competing on the black and gold brand since October 2019 and he has been one of the top stars on WWE's third show. He previously performed on the main roster for three years and he is a former Universal Champion and two-time Intercontinental Champion.
