WWE Raw Results - November 8, 2021

Heel turns everywhere

As Survivor Series continues to draw closer, WWE headed to the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky for the November 8 edition of Monday Night Raw.

Following the events of last week, Raw opened with Kevin Owens' failed attempt to convince Big E that he wasn't the type of person who turns on his friends anymore. The WWE Champion didn't care, though, and walked away.

Seth Rollins then headed to the ring for the opening promo and The Architect brought up Kevin Owens' history of turning on his friends, mentioning Sami Zayn and The New Day. This brought out an angry Owens but Rollins managed to escape back up the ramp just before KO could get his hands on him.

Owens and Rollins would then renew their hostilities in the main event. Big E headed to ringside for the match following his win over Chad Gable earlier in the night but the WWE Champion quickly became irritated after Austin Theory took a selfie with him and the commentators. Theory then headed backstage after Big E smacked his phone away.

In the main event, Owens and Rollins displayed their excellent chemistry once again but the match ended in shenanigans. The action spilled to the outside in the final minutes after Rollins blocked a Stunner attempt from Owens. The Architect then followed up with a Dive from the steel steps to Owens as Big E got out of the way just in time.

A mad dash to get back in the ring then followed and Rollins managed to beat the count but Big E, who was stood in a stupid place, blocked Owens, handing Rollins a count-out victory.

This was ultimately too much for KO and he proceeded to snap on the WWE Champion and Raw went off the air after Owens battered Big E around ringside.

The next number one contender for the Raw Women's Championship was also determined on November 8 as Sonya Deville announced the members of the women's Raw Team would face off in a Fatal 5-Way. Doudrop, who lost a title match in 110 seconds in September, objected to Bianca Belair being in the match. Dana Brooke was also annoyed despite the former Titus Worldwide member having not won a singles match since February.

In the Fatal 5-Way, Belair appeared to have the match won after she decked Zelina Vega with a KOD but Doudrop suddenly appeared and dragged the former SmackDown Women's Champion out of the ring before attacking her. Carmella then sensed an opening and tried to steal the win but Liv Morgan stopped her and followed up with Oblivion for the 1-2-3.

A change was also made to the Men's Raw Survivor Series team as Adam Pearce announced he made a big mistake because everyone on Team Raw was a former world champion except Dominik Mysterio. For some reason, Pearce really wants Raw to win at the pay-per-view, despite him being in charge of both brands, and Dominik would, therefore, have to earn his spot on Team Raw by defeating Bobby Lashley.

As expected, Lashley bullied the younger Mysterio and he destroyed Dominik as a helpless Rey watched on, winning the match by submission after five minutes with the Hurt Lock.

Elsewhere on Raw, AJ Styles, Omos and The Dirty Dawgs defeated RK-Bro and The Street Profits. The heel team even survived imploding as Ziggler crawled into the ring and pinned a helpless Riddle for the win while Robert Roode fought with Styles and Omos.

The 24/7 Title also changed hands several times after Drake Maverick pinned Reggie in a singles match following a distraction from The Hurt Business. Akira Tozawa, Corey Graves, Byron Saxton and Drake Maverick then played pass the parcel with the belt before Reggie pinned Maverick to reclaim the gold.

The full results from Raw are as follows:

  • AJ Styles, Omos & The Dirty Dawgs def. RK-Bro & The Street Profits
  • Bobby Lashley def. Dominik Mysterio
  • Big E def. Chad Gable
  • Drake Maverick def. Reggie - 24/7 Championship
  • Liv Morgan def. Zelina Vega, Bianca Belair, Carmella & Rhea Ripley
  • Seth Rollins def. Kevin Owens by Count-Out
