WWE were paid a $6 million site fee by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority for holding WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium, public records obtained by POST Wrestling have revealed.

This was in addition to a tax credit of $4.3 million that WWE received approval for from the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development. Altogether, this means WWE received incentives of around $10 million. The site fee was an increase of $1 million from 2025's WrestleMania 41, which also took place at Allegiant Stadium.

The $6 million site fee, described as a "sponsor fee" within public records, included WrestleMania 42 and a guarantee of a 300,000 square foot space for the WWE World convention and WrestleMania store. As part of the fee, WWE agreed to display the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority name and logo on media advertisements and for LVCVA to participate in press conferences. The LVCVA also had a suite at Allegiant Stadium for WrestleMania 42, 40 lower-level section tickets, 10 tickets for each day of WWE World, and 20 tickets for lower-level seats at SmackDown and Raw.

The LVCVA described WrestleMania 42 as a success despite attendance for the event being down from WrestleMania 41. The official attendance for WrestleMania 42 was 106,072, while WrestleTix noted that 101,652 tickets were distributed for the two-day event. This was down from an attendance of 118,641 and 113,142 tickets sold for WrestleMania 41.

WWE touted the success of WrestleMania 42 following the show, announcing that it was one of the company's highest-grossing events in history with "record or near-record performances across gate, sponsorship, merchandise, WWE World, On Location VIP experiences and digital."
