WWE Star AJ Styles Says He Has No Respect For CM Punk

After Punk noted The Phenomenal One's silence on Black Lives Matter last week...

Protests have erupted throughout the world against police violence and racism after George Floyd died in police custody on May 25. Numerous wrestlers have voiced their support for Black Lives Matter on social media and in the ring through BLM jackets and armbands.

One Superstar who has remained silent is AJ Styles and The Phenomenal One's silence was noted by former WWE Champion CM Punk on Twitter, who told a fan Styles' beliefs have been obvious for years.

Punk wrote in a now-deleted tweet: "Well. Come on. That one has been obvious for years."

The two-time WWE Champion was asked about Punk's tweet during a recent interview with the Times of India. He failed to address whether or not he supports Black Lives Matter but did say that he has no respect for CM Punk.

AJ said: "I will not react at all coming from a guy like that I don't respect anyway. It doesn't really matter. Look, my job as a performer is to perform and get the mind off all the things that have happened throughout the world. I am not going to react to people saying ridiculous and stupid things."
