While little is known about the situation, Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer has reported that WWE are facing "significant visa issues" at the moment. This is something that has affected companies across the United States.

Which WWE wrestlers are affected is unknown, but previous reports had noted the reason behind no location for night one of AAA Triplemania 34 initially being announced was due to major visa issues affecting Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide. It has since been announced that Triplemania 34 night one will emanate from Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, September 11.

All Elite Wrestling have suffered from their own visa issues, with Komander and The Beast Mortos currently unable to compete in the United States. The two AEW talents have been utilised in CMLL in Mexico in recent weeks, with Mortos and Sammy Guevara defending the ROH World Tag Team Championships against Los Villanos at the June 12 CMLL event from Arena Mexico.

Komander has had nine CMLL matches since June 5, facing the likes of Soberano Jr., Angel de Oro, Volador Jr., Neon, and Capitan Suicida in singles contests.
