WWE Trying To Push Back MLW Lawsuit Hearing

WWE have filed a motion to delay hearing for MLW lawsuit

The ongoing lawsuit between WWE and MLW has reached a roadblock that it needs to try and get over, as in an update on the lawsuit, it is revealed that WWE have asked for a delay in proceedings.

A report from PWInsider Elite has revealed that a new motion has been filed by WWE to push a hearing which is scheduled in just two weeks time;

WWE filed a motion regarding MLW’s lawsuit against them yesterday, requesting the court push the scheduled 6/15 hearing in regard to WWE's attempt to dismiss the latest amended lawsuit to 7/20 at 9 AM.

WWE noted in the motion that their attorneys would not be available on 6/15 and both sides had agreed to the new date.  It is up to the court to approve.”

WWE is fighting on multiple legal fronts this month, as not only are they dealing with this lawsuit from MLW, but they have also been told to respond to the alleged ‘racist scripts’ lawsuit brought about by former writer Britney Abrahams by the end of this month.
