'WWE Sunday Stunner' seemingly won't be a "Stone Cold" Steve Austin-themed event after all.

It emerged on Monday that 'Sunday Stunner' would be used for WWE's post-WrestleMania 38 house show on Sunday, May 1 from the EagleBank Arena in Fairfax, Virginia. The event is now being referred to as 'Sunday Stunner' instead of a WWE live event, although the show isn't expected to be televised.

This comes after it emerged WWE would be reviving Saturday Night's Main Event for two upcoming house shows.

The April 23 event from the Garrett Coliseum in Montgomery, Alabama and the April 30 show in Lakeland, Florida have both been billed as Saturday Night's Main Event, with WWE reviving the old show name for the first time since 2008.

It was previously noted both of those events would still be non-televised house shows and were simply a part of rebranding Saturday live events post-WrestleMania 38.

No other post-WrestleMania Sunday live events are currently being advertised as 'Sunday Stunner', although WWE are set to hold Sunday house shows on April 17 and April 24.
