WWE Very Impressed With Jordynne Grace's Royal Rumble Appearance

WWE are said to be very impressed with Jordynne Grace's Royal Rumble appearance last Saturday, according to a report by PWInsider Elite. The report explains:

"We are told this was an overture made by WWE to TNA. One WWE source believes it was a Paul Levesque idea. We are told the deal came together really quickly as a way for WWE to surprise everyone with an "outside the box idea." [...] Grace teased there would be more TNA/WWE crossover in the future but we have not heard if there is any definitive plans. Grace was absolutely excellent in the Rumble and blew a lot of people in WWE away."

Jordynne is the reigning TNA Knockouts World Champion, after winning the belt from Trinity at Hard to Kill 2024 a couple of weeks ago. (Trinity also appeared in the Rumble match, reverting to her Naomi ring name and confirming her return to WWE.)

Grace's appearance is comparable to that of Mickie James, who was IMPACT Knockouts World Champion when she made a surprise appearance in the 2022 version of the match.

Jordynne entered last weekend's Rumble at number 5 and lasted almost 20 minutes. Although she failed to notch any eliminations, many fans reacted to her performance positively. She was eliminated by Bianca Belair.
