While he is most known today as a MAGA-loving, beer-selling man, Hulk Hogan remains one of the most important professional wrestlers in the history of the industry.

Hogan helped make WWE into a juggernaut in the 1980s, main-eventing the first eight editions of WrestleMania and spending much of the mid-to-late 1980s and early 1990s as WWE Champion.

Hogan would then enjoy plenty of success in WCW in the 1990s, rebranding himself as the hated heel Hollywood Hogan in the nWo with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash.

Hogan then had an unglamorous retirement, with his final match taking place at a TNA house show in Manchester, England in 2012.
