AEW & AAA Repair Working Relationship In Face-To-Face Meeting

AEW and AAA have worked to repair their relationship

With El Hijo del Vikingo coming to AEW, and the recent TV debut of Komander, it seems the relationship between All Elite Wrestling and Lucha Libre AAA is as healthy as ever.

The two companies have worked together for several years, with numerous notable AEW stars having held AAA gold on AEW TV. Recently it seemed relationships had become strained due in part to the Dragon Lee situation, and AEW’s Christopher Daniels revealed to Wrestling Inc. that the two sides have met to clear the air:

“Actually, I feel like it's in a good position right now [the relationship]. Konnan and Tony Khan recently had a meeting and tried to suss all that out, and I feel like we're in a good position. We're in a good place right now, obviously, because I'm going to AAA to wrestle. So yeah, I feel like whatever miscommunications or misunderstandings, whatever that was, I feel like that's in the past and we're going to move forward and not dwell on that and try and be available. Each promotion is trying to be available for the other as its schedules permit,” said Daniels.
