Former Employee Says There Is A "Culture Of Fear" Within WWE

Former WWE employee describes 'culture of fear' within the company

Former WWE employee Dan Ryckert, who joined WWE in January 2020 as a podcast producer, has described the organisation as operating within a 'culture of fear'.

Ryckert - who left WWE last month - made the comments during a recent interview with MinnMax:

"There's a culture of fear there. Everyone is afraid to rock the boat because there is a long history of that company of certain people up top, I bet you won't know who I'm talking about. People get fired, people get fired on whims all of the time. I survived a bunch of waves of massive layoffs, I had several waves of bosses and bosses above bosses get laid off for two and a half years".

Ryckert recently said on his Twitch channel that, while he had positive experiences working for WWE and worked with some great people (specifically the members of New Day), he ultimately had to leave the company as he felt he wasn't being allowed to do what he had been hired for.
