Former WWE & IMPACT Wrestling Star Returning To The Ring

A former WWE and IMPACT star is coming back to pro wrestling

A former WWE and IMPACT Wrestling star is set to return to the ring. 

Australia's World Series Wrestling have announced that Cassie Lee (FKA Peyton Royce) will be appearing on their Full Throttle tour, which is scheduled to run from October 6 until October 13. Other names announced for the WSW tour include Matt Cardona, Steph De Lander, "Speedball" Mike Bailey, the Motor City Machine Guns, Frankie Kazarian, and Brian Cage. 

If Lee has plans to wrestle before the October tour is currently unknown. 

Lee began her pro wrestling career in 2009 and she signed with WWE in 2015. Then known as Peyton Royce, she formed The IIconics with Billie Kay and the tag team would go on to win the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships during their time with the company before they were released in April 2021. 

Lee and Jessie McKay would then sign with IMPACT Wrestling as The IInspiration and they had one reign as Knockouts World Tag Team Champions before exiting the promotion in April 2022.

Lee announced she was pregnant soon after her departure from IMPACT and she announced the birth of her first child in January 2023. Lee is married to AEW's Shawn Spears.
