Jon Moxley Confronts Nick Gage At GCW Draft Day

A match seems highly likely

One month after the two crossed paths at Game Changer Wrestling's rSpring Break, Jon Moxley and Nick Gage butted heads once more at GCW Draft Day in Las Vegas on Saturday.

Gage had just retained the GCW championship over AJ Gray in the main event, when he was confronted by Moxley (who lives in Vegas). Moxley flipped off Gage and went to attack, but was planted with a DDT.

The fight spilled over into the crowd and then outside the arena, as Moxley and Gage continued to try and get at the other.

It was last month at in Ybor City, FL that Moxley attacked Gage, just after Gage won the GCW title from Rickey Shane Page. Moxley got the upper hand in that skirmish, giving Gage the Paradigm Shift onto some light tubes.

Moxley and Gage have a history that dates back to the late 2000s-early 2010s, particularly in Combat Zone Wrestling. They've faced off in several deathmatches, and exchanged the CZW title in 2010.

Moxley's appearance came just two days after Gage was subject of Dark Side of the Ring. There, Moxley was one of the episode's talking heads, affirming Gage's intensity, and his ability to connect with an audience.
