Two Tag Team Matches Added To 1/19 AEW Dynamite

A six match card in all

Two tag team matches have been added to this Wednesday night's AEW Dynamite card in Washington, DC, bringing the match card to six bouts in all.

One match will pit Sting and Darby Allin against The Acclaimed. After some recent taunts from The Acclaimed, Sting and Allin attacked Anthony Bowens and Max Caster on this past Wednesday's Dynamite, following the latter pair's victory over Bear Country. On Friday's Rampage, The Acclaimed released a "diss track" with a music video mocking Sting and Allin (with Bowens dressed as Darby, and northeastern indy wrestler Nick Sanders dressed as Sting).

In addition, Brody King will make his in-ring debut for AEW on Wednesday, teaming with Malakai Black to face The Varsity Blondes. King debuted this past Wednesday, aiding Black in laying out both Blondes, as well as Penta El Zero Miedo.

The card for Wednesday's AEW Dynamite, taking place at the Entertainment and Sports Arena in Washington, DC, is as follows:

* Adam Cole and Britt Baker vs. Orange Cassidy and Kris Statlander

* CM Punk vs. Shawn Spears

* Sting and Darby Allin vs. The Acclaimed

* Malakai Black and Brody King vs. The Varsity Blondes

* Serena Deeb vs. Skye Blue

* FTR vs. Lee Johnson and Brock Anderson

* Plus, the return of Cody Rhodes
