Vince McMahon Hired New PR Firm Ahead Of Netflix Docuseries Release

New PR firm for Vince McMahon

Vince McMahon found a new PR firm ahead of the release of Mr. McMahon on Netflix this week.

It was revealed this week that McMahon had stopped working with Sitrick and Company, the PR firm described as "one of the most accomplished practitioners of the dark arts of public relations." McMahon retained Sitrick and Company's services in April.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has since reported that McMahon has hired Edendale Strategies as his new PR firm. McMahon made the change as he believes Edendale Strategies are more up-to-date with the modern media landscape. Edendale Strategies specialises in crisis management and they represent Fortune 100 companies, civic institutions, and prominent charities.

Vince McMahon initially hired Sitrick and Company after he was sued by Janel Grant and accused by her of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and physical and emotional abuse. WWE and John Laurinaitis were also named in the lawsuit, which is currently on pause following a request of the United States Department of Justice while a federal investigation into sexual assault allegations against McMahon continues.

Vince McMahon condemned the Netflix docuseries ahead of its release. Comments within the series from McMahon include him claiming The Undertaker suffered memory loss over WrestleMania 30 because he was so traumatised by 'The Streak' ending and that CTE didn't affect Chris Benoit
