WWE Selling Titan Towers

WWE’s iconic former home Titan Towers up for sale

WWE’s iconic former home Titan Towers is up for sale, with the sports entertainment powerhouse having fully vacated the building some time in 2023.

It was announced in 2019 that WWE were planning to move premises and sell Titan Towers, but these plans were delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Now a listing on Newmark has listed the building on 1241 East Main Street, Stamford, Connecticut as for sale ‘subject to offer’ with no price listed for the premises.

WWE called Titan Towers home for almost 40 years, with the company having acquired the building in 1985 during the height of the ‘Rock & Wrestling’ era. Long-time fans will be familiar with the building with it used in many vignettes and an infamous SuperBowl advertisement during the ‘Attitude Era’ of the late 90s/early 2000s, whilst the 2020 Money in the Bank matches took place inside the building and on top of the roof.

The decision to vacate the premises was made before WWE’s merger with UFC under the TKO Holdings umbrella, with WWE believed to have simply outgrown the building, with newer developments in the area having greater technological capabilities.
