AEW Hypes New Look For Dynamite Ahead Of 2023 Reveal

A short reveal of what to expect from AEW Dynamite in 2023

All Elite Wrestling showed a quick glimpse of their new look that is coming in 2023 during the December 23 edition of Rampage.

During a 15-second teaser, the likes of Jamie Hayter, Chris Jericho, The Acclaimed, Jade Cargill, Saraya, Jon Moxley, and Death Triangle can be seen as they are surrounded by streams of red and blue light.

AEW Vice President of Post Production Kevin Sullivan tweeted about the teaser, writing

"We set out to create a new brand identity for #AEWDynamite with a comprehensive set of package elements. The team is thrilled to finally share our new, bold vision, that will help create a new spirit for the show. This is what 9 months of work looks like in :15. To be continued! The synergy we have with the team at WBD is incredible. I also take a tremendous amount of pride & have so much respect for our internal graphics team & what they are always able to accomplish! It also goes without saying that @TonyKhan vision is boundless. #ThankYou."

Following initial rumours that Dynamite and Rampage would be getting a new look in 2023, Tony Khan confirmed that would be the case this week.

"I don't want to let the cat out of the bag necessarily, especially so close to the big day. But at the start of 2023, we're going to open the year on Wednesday, January 4 with the first Dynamite in Seattle, marking a full year of Dynamite on TBS. We'll definitely have a new look, to say the least. I'm excited about it. I think it's a nice thing to present to the fans, but frankly, I've found more so than ever, the more you talk about these things. When you build them up, you don't want to create expectations that are impossible. I will say the set will be beautiful though. The look of Rampage will also be different. This will affect the way people view AEW on Wednesdays and Fridays in terms of presentation with the set and the show with the same great action," Khan stated.

Outside of changing the way fans are lit, AEW have maintained the same look for their TV shows since Dynamite premiered in October 2019.
